Like listing "Jerusalem, Israel" in one's birth certificate and passport.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Little Menachem Binyamin Zivotofsky started something.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As Susan Tuchman, who was very much involved in the brief before the Court of Appeals for the District of D.C., wrote, while the court has not decided to force the State Dept. to change, what it did do was &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;"The court simply determined that the plaintiff had "standing" and could proceed with his lawsuit to enforce the "passport" law.
